-We strive to create a welcoming community where all feel safe. Intimidation, exclusion, hate speech, microaggression, and violence of any kind will NOT be tolerated and will result in immediate banning from the studio.

-Juicebox is a sober space. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/drugs allowed in the studio.

-Your rental time is predetermined at the time of booking and includes load-in, setup, tear down, and cleaning. Please arrive and pack up on time to be respectful of the space and other renters.

-Your rental includes a maximum of 15 people unless otherwise agreed upon.

-We expect that the furniture and lighting will return to their original spots and floors lightly swept.

-No affixing anything to the walls without prior approval.

-The studio does not take responsibility for any injuries/accidents during your booking.

-Absolutely no pornography or unlawful activities allowed on the premises.

-Music must be kept at low levels on weekdays 8am-5pm. Music must be kept at reasonable volume all other times to respect the building tenants.

-Pets are welcome, but not allowed on the furniture unless on a blanket or held by their owner.

-Food waste must be taken out with you upon the end of your rental.

We get it. Sh*t happens. Email us at studio@juiceboxcle.com should you need to cancel your rental.

Guests may cancel their 1-3 hour booking 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Guests may reschedule their booking no later than 24 hours before the start time without penalty. Any reschedules under the 24 hour notice will incur a $15 fee. You can transfer the full payment to a new rental date/time based on availability through your confirmation email.

Guests may cancel their 4+ hour bookings 72 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. 4+ hour bookings cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Juicebox is not responsible for uncontrollable events affecting the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, or emergencies. In the instance an uncontrollable event, we will work with you to reschedule.

In addition to the $65 hourly rate, we have a few fees to keep in mind:

We reserve the right to bill an additional fee of $25 for late departure and $75 for an excessively dirty studio

If any furniture or prop items are damaged or stolen, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the cost of the item

There is a $25 fee for excessively dirty, torn or damaged paper backdrops that result in the need to replace more than 2 ft of the roll.

Juicebox is a sober space. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed in the studio. If you smoke in the studio, a fee of $300 will be added to your booking. Alcohol is not permitted without prior permission from the owner. If alcohol is used in the studio without permission, a fee of $300 will be added to your booking.
